Will I have to starve in order to lose weight?
Simply put, no. Most people end up eating far less nutritious meals than they think. More often than not, the health assessment results in added nutrition rich calories in your daily meals.
How will this fit into my lifestyle? I worry I can’t maintain the new lifestyle.
The program is built to be sustainable. Thus, nothing about this program will be designed without keeping your life needs/desires in mind. So the only thing you need to maintain is the desire for improved health.
How hard is it to maintain the weight loss after I am done with the program?
Not at all. The third phase of the program focuses on giving you tools and systems that make it second nature for you to stay healthy and fit. It is wonderful to see clients adopt teachings from the program and without realizing become health guides for themselves and their families.
Do you use applications for counting calories?
No one in my program is asked to count calories. It is just not sustainable to measure every meal for yourself and your family. Instead, the program teaches you about right foods, right portions of those foods and their right combinations. This skillset allows you to build your plate smartly and intuitively based on your changing lifestyle needs.
What payment plan options do you offer?
Apart from PIF (payment in full), you can choose to pay biweekly or bi-monthly. I built this platform to educate others and help them be more mindful about their health and not be vulnerable to the toxic health industry. Hence, depending on your household income, there are discounts available so you don’t have to miss out.
